India Mobile Congress 2018 is Powered by Ericsson

On 25th-27th October 2018, India is going to play host to South Asia’s largest ICT and TMT event: the India Mobile Congress 2018 will be held at Aerocity, New Delhi, and with just a few days to go, the city has is already alive with anticipation. As the premier technology and telecommunications event of the region, IMC 2018 is going to welcome delegations from 15 ASEAN and BIMSTEC nations, national leaders, global industrial and tech visionaries, expert speakers, regulatory authorities, brands and businesses, sponsors and exhibitors, entrepreneurs and investors, media persons and visitors. On Day 1-25th October 2018- Mr. David Hammarwall, Head of Product Line 5G RAN, Product Area Networks for Ericsson, will participate in a conference on ‘Enabling Futuristic Networks – Reducing Complexity To Redefine Connectivity’. Later in the day, Mr. David Hagerbro, Head of Strategy & Technology of Market Area South East Asia, Oceania and India for Ericsson, will feature on the IMC 2018 panel for the theme ‘Enabling the IoT ecosystem – Shaping an Automated Society’. Also on Day 1, representatives from Ericsson will be a part of the next conference, titled ‘Intelligent Transport – Evolving Network Models’.

On Day 2 -26th October 2018- Mr. Nunzio Mirtillo, Senior Vice President and Head of Market Area of South East Asia, Oceania & India for Ericsson shall join other experts in the Global CEO Conclave for the session on ‘Networks of Tomorrow’. Also on the same day, Mr. Neeraj Vyas, Head of Digital Business Solutions, Market Area South East Asia, Oceania and India for Ericsson, will be a member of the group discussing Big Data, data analytics and business at the session on ‘The Emerging World of Analytics: Creating Business Solutions’. In Hall C, Ms. Helena Norrman, Senior VP and Head of Marketing & Communications for Ericsson, is going to take part in the dialogue on ‘Value Creation Through Digital Marketing’. Later in the day, Mr. David Hagerbro will be joining us again for the conference session ‘Industry 4.0: Building Factories of the Future’.

On Day 3 -27th October 2018- Mr. Nitin Bansal, Head of Networks of Market Area South East Asia, Oceania and India for Ericsson, will be speaking on OEM Perspectives as part of the Special Plenary Session on 5G. Later on the same day, Mr. Bradley Mead, Head of Network Managed Service for Ericsson, will participate in the conference about ‘Metrics For Futuristic Networks’.
